Leicestershire Police Fatal 4 Oakham Rutland November 2015
Police are stopping many drivers in Oakham today as part of the Fatal4 campaign.
Officers are in Oakham town centre monitoring motorists.
Any seen committing one or more of the Fatal4 offences speeding, using mobile phones, not wearing seat belts along and drinking and driving were sent to the Burley Road car park to receive fines
etc. During the short period I observed I was surprised to see so many drivers stopped.
I don't think this lady was speeding, drunk or under the influence
of drugs.
