a request for an election to fill the vacancy must be made in writing to the Returning
Officer at Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP by TEN electors an election will be held
to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
Oakham Town Council are also looking for two others to join them by co-option.
