Called a t very short notice, Summons were distributed by the Clerk during Wednesday's
meeting after the council decided it might be good to contribute towards two consultations.
The summons is in time only just. 3 clear days before the meeting.
Guidance regarding the local governance act suggests including a Saturday is not
good practice. Never mind this is Oakham Town Council. Good practice is not
something the council bothers about.
The Clerk will have to rush our response to Rutland County Council as the consultation
closing date is not far away.
Oakham Town Council has been aware of Rutland County Councils Local Plan
Consultation for some time now,
