Leicestershire Police Local Crime Alert Rutland Beat Surgery

Local Crime Alert

Since the last Neighbourhood watch brief we have had one report of the theft of a motor bike from Morcott Road, Wing. The bike was left at the side of the house with the steering lock on. This incident occurred between 01/02/2017 18:12 & /02/2017 21:30.

There have been further reports of vehicles being damaged in Stockerston Road & High St West, Uppingham. These link to the reports of criminal damage last week.

One report of a burglary non-dwelling to a secured barn in Teigh Road, Ashwell. Entry was gained by cutting 2 x locks and property was stolen. This incident occurred between 01/02/2017 10:00 & 04/02/2017 11:35.

One report of theft from a secured vehicle in Main Road, Glaston. Persons unknown had smashed the driver’s side rear window to gain entry and a purse was stolen. This incident occurred between 04/02/2017 19:00 & 05/02/2017 03:00.

One report of criminal damage to fences in Grantham Lane, Empingham. Possible Hare Coursing. This incident occurred on 04/02/2017 at 16:52.

One report of theft from a driveway in Calder Close, Oakham. During material times persons unknown stole bathroom furniture. This incident occurred between 03/02/2017 12:00 & 03/02/2017 13:00.
