The Royal Oak Uppingham Rutland County Council Exempt Document, Pub To Close, Criterion Management. The Wellington Pub Company PLC

The Royal Oak Uppingham Rutland County Council Exempt Document.

Rutland County Council's Development Control Committee met this
evening.

One of the agenda items was from the planning department to seek
an enforcement order against the tenants who run the pub.

I filmed the meeting.

There was an additional Addendum put out for the public on
the press table with agendas.

I was surprised by the content and photographed it.

A very clear breach of confidentiality and evidence that Rutland
County Council has been talking to the property owner as part
of their vendetta against the tenants.

Minutes before the meeting started a council employee came
over and took away the document saying "it had been withdrawn"

During the consideration of the enforcement action Cllr Edward
Baines told Cllrs the document contained exempt material and
they should not publicly refer to it.

During the presentation the case officer, had difficulty describing
a bog standard garden fence panel as a gate.

The council decided it would seek an order for the removal
of barbed wire not the fence panel or gate?

At the end of the meeting some Councillors made comments
and Cllr Edward Baines suggested that the conversations
should be continued at the pub, preferable not The Royal Oak.

Then I was approached by a member of staff , who asked
me if I still had a copy of the document shown below
I said no, but I had photographed it.

By now the dishonest legal officer had joined the conversation.
She said the document had not been withdrawn, I assume
this was a dishonest attempt of damage limitation.
She backed down when I asked why is the council employee
asking for copies and stating it has been withdrawn?

We then discussed the privacy breaches and the alleged
vendetta between the council and tenant of the pub.

Rutland County Council is a utter disgrace, when will
these Tories stop abusing the planning process for their
own continual vendettas?

Draft Minutes 11th February 2015 Oakham Town Council

Reason why you don't sign minutes before a meeting like "they do down south" according to
Cllr Stubbs who keeps suggesting it should be down here in Oakham to save time during the
meeting. Cllr Dewis the Deputy Mayor asked for his breach of the code of conduct to be included
in these minutes. Why not know one enforces them anymore.

Rutland Concert Band Grant Application Form Oakham Town Council Send £500 of taxpayers money up  in smoke

Looking at the old accounts report provided to support this application I can see the
band does not often get paid for performances It would appear only Oakham Town
Council pay them for the summer bandstand concert.

Cllr Banksby Oakham Town Council Unlawful Grant Application Form Oakham in Bloom Vice Chairman

Cllr Banksby Oakham Town Council Unlawful Grant Application Form Oakham in Bloom Vice Chairman

This application was withdrawn at the last minute.

Oakham in Bloom in the past has done a good job, it appeared to have a year
out last year and it is clearly visible around the town.

The flower bed surrounding the  model spitfire, made for the anniversary of the Battle of Britain memorial flight by the side of the by-pass is a perfect example, the flower bed is full of weeds and
no plants.

The organisation leaders who don't get their hands dirty keep dreaming up projects which
the overstretched volunteers are meant to manage after they pay companies to install  them
using tax payers money, Then those same leaders attempt to gain recognition for other peoples
work. Ex Cllr Dodds was very good at just that. She has been pushed out of the role
as Chairman of the group and made an honorary president of sort.

What concerns me is Oakham in Blooms leadership continue to create all these projects.
then they appear to struggle to manage them. Oakham Town Council take on the legal
responsibility for them and they don't give a dam about the cost to the taxpayer. For example
the bike creation outside the parish of  Oakham placed on top of a marked mains electric
cable, a Cllr did raised a question about this, what would happen if work on the cable was
required? The Clerk responded we would have to put it right. So why when you knew
about the location of the cable agree to take on responsibility for the project?
