Leicestershire Police Support Harassment by Rutland County Councillor & Oakham Town Councillors By Charging me for attempting to photograph the Mayor and Photographing a Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Rutland Air Ambulance Charity Collector.
Many of my readers will know, I have issues with the conduct of our local council.and Leicestershire Police.
Today Leicestershire police arrested me and detained me for alleged harassment of our Mayor Cllr Joyce Lucas. and a Mrs Black who I don't know personally.
A harassment complaint was made by Mrs Black after Cllr John Nowell told Mrs Black my ID because I had reported him and his wife for possible fraud regarding the recent grant application they made. Mrs Black say her daughter is traumatised, due to Mrs Black telling her the man with the camera was a strange man?
I published a photograph on my blog of Mrs Black and her daughter collecting for the Rutland Air Ambulance in Uppingham. She claim I have stalked her since March this year.
Leicestershire Police have charged me with Harassment without violence Rutland pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Mrs Black and which you knew or ought to have amounted to the harassment of her in that took photographs of her without permission.
Leicestershire Police charge me with the same offence against the Mayor adding I shouted at her and attempted to take her photograph. on 23/10/2010 - 06/04/2012
Mayor Mrs Lucas knowing she had made a police complaint agreed on Sunday to pose for photographs with Alan Duncan MP? these photos were than sent to him and her and published on this blog.
The Mayor has complained about a blog post that contains a photo of her and a cow.
PC Jo Lloyd told me he and other at the station thought the post was funny. It was meant to be funny.
The Police questioned me for over three hours and 5 set of tapes were used during the interview.
It was 8 hours before I was offered a drink. During questioning I was asked why I blog, why I photographed people and events as if to do so is a major crime.
When I was charged the sergeant was in a hurry and he initially refused my right to a reply. I asked him more than once to see the Inspector before he added my reply. I strongly believe this is a group response because I reported Cllr Nowell and his wife for possible grant fraud and suggest their complaints are witness intimidation.

I am not sure how I will get to Loughborough I am told that is my problem.
As I can't travel back in time to 2010 I am told that is also my problem with no money or transport I am told I must present myself to the custody sergeant to have the bail form changed.
The police officer on the phon told me to get a taxi maybe I could high-jack Ex Mayors Jim Harrisons Cab?

My Solicitor is very keen to take on this case because of the Human Rights Issues and Freedom of Speach and other rights both councils continue to take away from me.
My Solicitor has indicated Ex Mayor Jim Harrison may not be a credible witness because of his blog posts below.

How can it be right that an Oakham Town Councillor puts on display pornographic images in an official Oakham Town Council notice board, is subsequently arrested and is then seen taking photographs at Royce Playing fields where there are children present when the new equipment was officially opened. Should a man who obviously has a penchant for displaying pornographic images on a public notice board be allowed anywhere near children? I THINK NOT! As a councillor he may be visiting other establishments where there are children present AND THAT CANNOT BE RIGHT. Perhaps he ought to undergo a CRB check before being allowed anywhere near children again. He certainly needs to be watched very closely.

This man is a disgrace. He is making a fool of himself (not difficult, I know) and a laughing stock of Rutland. I simply cannot understand why nothing has been done about him - especially after this recent and diabolical episode. I and my children were witness to the depraved filth that he put on display outside the Victoria Hall, and I will be writing to the council to demand that something is done.Reply

I will add the low ranking officers dealing with my case at the point of charging were very keen that Kam was called and told about the charges. For all who know Inspector Mystery Kam is a shortened version of his first name.
