Newly Elected Oakham Town Councillors

The Clerk has published details of new councillor on the council website before
any have signed their acceptance papers.

I note after a member of the public complained the council clerk has now complied with the legal requirement to publish Councillors attendance records.

What is does show is one councillor  re-elected has the a very poor attendance record, Cllr Jean Denyer, MBE

I am not sure if the records are complete accurate as it show one member the chairman has 100% and I am sure I can remember the deputy chaired at least one meeting last year.

No expect a Councillor to have a 100% attendance but Jeans record is dreadful. I myself missed two planning committee meetings because the meetings clashed with my job. but I attended every full council meeting and will do so as a member of the public.

Both Cllrs Lucas and Ind also had a poor attendance record both have now stood down.
