Debbie and Joel Chapman, a mother and son collaboration who about eighteen months ago decided to totally roll with an idea  set up The Brew & Roast Co! ​We are a micro coffee roastery and loose leaf tea specialists.

​They are not a cafe, it's a fabulous emporium for you to be able to buy great tea and coffee to have at home!

They roast sourced green coffee beans from around the world and our large loose leaf teas are just sublime, some of which are their own unique blends!

They roast our coffee in small batches which means it's as fresh as possible when you drink it at home!

The roasted coffee beans come in 227g bags as they that this is the optimum amount of bean for you to get the best, freshest, most yummy coffee they hope you've ever tasted!

They can of course provide the coffee ready ground for you if you don't want to grind the beans yourselves.

the tender documents, don't worry that's the sloppy way things are done at Oakham
Town Council.

Our budget was recently and will tell you how much you should tender
below.

The budget should be published on-line, but it is not and that is just another
failing of the council.

If you are successful with your tender and then don't like the conditions of the
contract don't worry the office will just change it to suit you and not the public
user who pay for the service.

We don't even check you have cleaned the loo's and when people complain they
stink to some Cllrs we check and Cllr Adam Lowe then suggests we are lying
when we try and raise the concern at meetings.
Even when you spend a few days observing the cleaner does not turn up.
