Brooke Hill Academy, Woodland Trust, Car Park, Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council sanctioned Town Councillor for exposing act of dishonesty and deception

Brooke Hill Academy, Woodland Trust, Car Park, Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council sanctioned Town Councillor for exposing act of dishonesty and deception demanded by
former Town Clerk and Former Oakham Mayor

Dear Mrs Mogg

Monitoring Officer Rutland County Council

When I was last sanctioned one of the reasons was because the investigation found I had breached confidentiality

I blogged about the Woodland Trust and Brooke Hill Academy Car Park after the former Clerk Richard White and Chairman Alf Dewis's attempted to hide there was covenant attached to the deeds of the land stating there was  beneficiary.

A financial benefit was due to the beneficiary if the land  held by the Woodland Trust was developed.

Members of the council including myself were asked to keep this a secret so the beneficiary would not find out about this development.

As you and Oakham Town Council imposed the year long sanction for my honesty and refusal to collude in this deception are you saying I should support any future acts of dishonesty?

You are aware after I blogged about this attempted act of dishonesty and deception by Oakham Town Council and the Woodland  Trust and Brooke Hill Academy pulled out of the proposed agreement with Oakham Town Council.

The Woodland Trust and Brook Hill Academy then worked with Rutland County Council to secure the new car park.

Did Rutland County Council notify the beneficiary of the covenant attached to deed or did it also agree to hide this from beneficiary?

Headway The Brain Injury Association to open charity shop market place
Oakham Rutland

I don't mind charity shops but I do think this is now one too many
for Oakham and this is a waste of a prime retail location.

Our small town already has since and two have taken two
of the largest high street premises.

Some times I wonder how much money these stores make the
large charities that run them.

The rents are high and store managers are paid around £20,000
a year and in some cases there are paid staff.

Headway are advertising for a store manager here pay £15,000
a year.
