I made a proposal at the council and it was accepted

I proposed Cllr Lucas could spend up to £200 on plants
for a area in the playing field hoping it would
end the upset she has caused a nearby family for over ten
years.

The problem now is I am finding it hard find the plants
which Cllr Lucas sent to me in a list.

I am not sure what right or powers a council employee

has to enter a private business and order them

to take down a planted cone.

It is a shame Mr Howat does not consider

it a health and safety risk when 

he breaks the law by driving on Oakham Pavements
