Home of Former Disgraced Deputy Oakham Mayor Charles Haworth attacked in the middle of the night.

A number of windows at the property were smashed.

This must have been a dreadful experience for his elderly mother.

Charles Haworth's Friend Former Mayor Paul Beech took to social media to express
his concern at the lack of interest shown by Leicestershire Police.

In this case I agree with Mr Beech I would have expected the
police to attend a home of an elderly woman, when their windows are
smashed in the middle of the night.

I've heard today from a friend who has had some window's smashed in over night, while asleep. The police won't come out because it isn't serious enough and the insurance company can't get out to see the damage until next week. So, who's doing what for the community?
