Walking around a quiet Oakham today, listening to many traders and market traders
noticing the absence of customers.
Despite the efforts of local traders and the Town Partnership to attract Christmas
shoppers to our market town. It was a very quiet day.
I am not sure what is going on in the heads of Rutland County Council.
I find today they are providing a Free bus service for Rutland's Christmas shoppers
to shop in Peterborough Cambridgeshire.
