London Borough of Brent Council Owes Broke Rutland County Council £2 Million Statement

If Rutland County Council is Broke, why has it loaned Brent Council £2,000,000 of Rutland County Tax Payers money?

The interest repaid on this loan is only 0.50%

The Current Labour controlled Council must be chuffed with that rate.

Cllr Gale reminded Rutland County Council all money belongs to the public not the Council. I don't think they take notice.

Rutland County Councils Chief Executive is busy cutting services and staff, whilst bailing out another Council!
