Oakham Town Councillors Joyce Lucas and Adam Lowe love to tell everyone about the carrot image that
was sent to me and I displayed with other bullying material received from Council members over a year.
For those who don't know the level the town council is willing to stoop to when it does not like a member
attached are a couple of images sent to me with a threat from a council member. don't worry the penis
has been blocked out so not to be offensive. Over the years I have received many communications like
this and not once did Leicestershire Police take any action. I hope this gives some new members
a little insight into why I am never to happy with the town council.
