Cllr Joyce Lucas from Oakham Town issued an invitation through the Rutland Times for all to join her and fellow Councillors at Royce Recreation Ground and take part in a ward walk with her and her fellow
councillors of the Oakham North West Ward.
Not only will you see some of her "grot spots" but it will give you an insight in to how "the Town Council Works with Residents"
