I often enjoy a good craft fair
Friendly people selling many things.
sometimes, but not often. I come accross
stalls and find the owner(s) reading a book
or chatting, poor customer service.
On Saturday, I found a tempting cake stall.
I stood waited, took out my camera photographed
them and then ate all their cakes and the couple
manning the stall never noticed a thing.
I must start that diet!
This reminded me of a recent visit to a small shop
in town with a business woman who is looking
to move to Oakham, she said you must go in there
and judge the customer service. "Its very poor"
she was right we walked in two woman sat chatting
no acknowledgement as we entered or departed.
I often wonder how some shop workers find work
when I was a mystery shopper for Wilkinson
I visited the Oakham store when it first opened and the lady serving
me said "oh good its raining, that means less awful customers
for me to serve." I am guessing she never said that at her interview.

Just in case the Chief Executive of Rutland County Council
is reading this: Please note I did not really eat the cakes.
So need for a letter,
I know its exceedingly misleading to say I did.
