The photograph above is of a Rutland Air Ambulance Fundraiser and her two daughters.
The lady only days before this photograph was taken made a statement to Leicestershire
Police after a Oakham Town Councillor gave her my details. Because I had took a photograph of her
and one daughter in Uppingham collecting money for The Air Ambulance in a public place.
After I took my photo she dragged her daughter across the road into Conservative
Councillor Edward Baines shop he is also the Chairman of Rutland County Council
On the way past me her daughter asked why she was going The lady told the daughter
I was a weirdo, The lady has confirmed she gave that description of me in her police
statement. She also says she now has to sleep with her traumatised daughter because she
falsely claims I had been stalking her since March and it all started she claims,
apparently I took another photograph of her in Oakham. On a day I was in Stamford.
The Lady did not know me either at this point Oakham Town Councillor John Nowell
gave her my details via an email.
Forgive for thinking and saying this: If I was a parent and I had a traumatised daughter
and I had deluded thoughts that I was being stalked by some one I did not know
or did not know me and I thought was strange
I would not agree to have my photograph published on-line and in the press
giving both my daughters full names and ages and my place of work?
The mother has even given consent so Johnson Press can sell the image?
I also pity the daughter, if she is distressed the mother is solely to blame.
When I first saw this photograph on-line I thought oh, thats the lady who was rude to
me in Uppinghaam and thought nothing of it until I am dragged into a police station and
charged with stalking her for a month and taking her photograph without her consent.
Come on Oakham Town Councillors you can do better than this.
That reminds me I signed the statement today regarding Cllr Nowells possibly fraudulent
grant application. Who knows Cllr Nowell we might pass each other in court if the
economic crime unit decide to charge you or your wife.
