Leicestershire Constabulary are
looking for a amateur photographer.
Police have been told a strange man had
been stalking the man pictured above for
around five minutes, then he photographed
him and he turned to stone. Another photographer
who lacks the same powers, said "surely this man is
a risk to kids". A Conservative County Councillor
Said "This man must be stopped before he destroys
the whole of Oakham"
