Oakham Bowls Club President Vijay Dighe Cheap rent deal

Oakham Bowls club like the tennis club is located on land known as the Vale held by Oakham Town Council for the benefit of the wider community. The Bowls Club pays the tax payer £600 a year rent and every year this increases by pennies! The Town Council has a legal responsibility to maximise the income from property it holds on behalf of Oakham residents,  it rents out the Bowls Club, Tennis Club and Gym for peanuts, all three tenants are commercial enterprises not charities, they must be rubbing their hands with glee each time they pay their rent due. The Town Council recently paid for a valuation of the gym and now rent it out for a third of the market value.

Going by the valuation of the Gym I would suggest because of its location tenants of the Vale should be paying over £10,000 a year NOT £600.

Oakham Town Council pays over £10,000 for two quite small rooms in Victoria Hall, I suggest they move their  offices out too the bowls club, they could pay the bowls club around £60 a year.

Vijay Dighe until last year was a Conservative Rutland County Councillor.
He and his wife are close friends of our Mayor Oakham Town Councillor Joyce Lucas
He was also a Town Councillor and former Town Mayor.

I don't want to add any more to this post because Mrs Lucas is likely to claim I am "Nit Picking" about the council again and claiming falsely I am harassing and stalking her and she may ask the police to include this post as a exhibit at court. My legal advise is I have human rights to express my feelings about facts like these. So when my case is hopefully thrown out of court. I think the time has come to take the bullies to court, Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council and Rutland and Melton Conservatives might be a good starting point.

I imagine Conservative Rutland County Councillor Gene Plews Portfolio Holder for Sport is reading this  and he might pop along to the police again and ask for this post to be shown in court as an exhibit. along with his statement including his deluded claim, I have destroyed Oakham.
