9. OPTING TO TAX PREMISES AT 2 PRINCES AVENUE (Appendix B)
To decide whether to opt to tax premises at 2 Princess Avenue

10. ROYCES PLAYING FIELD
To discuss issues relating to the above and to agree on an appropriate way forward:

(i) Toddlers’ Play Area – To award the Contract for the redevelopment subject to
PWLB loan approval (Appendices C, Ci, Cii, Ciii)(ii) To discuss the future development and improvement of Royce’s Field and to make
decisions as appropriate (Cllr Joyce Lucas) (Appendix D)
(iii) MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) - To decide whether to investigate the feasibility of
installing a MUGA at Royce’s Playing Field (Appendix E)

11. LICENCE FOR FLORAL PLANTERS, CHURCH STREET CARPARK (Appendix F)
To authorise the signing of the Licence agreement
