Oakham CAB granted £5,000 from Oakham Town Council

Cllr Guthrie reported to Oakham Town Council, The CAB had now submitted a satisfactory application.


Cllr Charles Haworth had to leave the room because he had declared and personal and prejudicial interest.



A member of the public turn up late and found Cllr Charles Haworth with his ear stuck to the door. They passed me a piece of paper asking why he was doing this? was he late?


I did my best to explain why he was outside the meeting although I could not explain why he 
was listening at the door.
