Leicestershire Police say they can't and this leaves a local person free to tweet whatever they want
steal photographs of freinds and family and use the in the publication of very offensive blogs.
I am a big one for freedom of speech but this tweeter is clearly very disturbed.
I personally believe Leicestershire Police know who this person is who started tweeting back in 2010
Accusing me of being a risk to children to prostituting my self to Oakham School teachers.
