Whitwell handling charges
A 21-year-old man has been charged with handling three stolen bicycles.The bicycles were taken from Whitwell, Rutland, on June 7.
The accused has also been charged with driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
He is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
