Saturday 14th July: Welland Valley Stompers and their Dixieland style
Jazz and Blues at 7.30 pm in Langham Parish Church. Bar from 7.00pm and
in the interval, refreshments, tickets £10 from 01572 723533 or 757435
or on the door, proceeds to the church.
This is a first time
event for the church but this group should prove very popular with their
eclectic mix of styles including: Jazz classics, Standards, Rhythm
& Blues, Spirituals.
The event is part of a series of
concerts in the church of choral and instrumental music which have
included Elizabethan melodies, opera, cello, show tunes and light
hearted miscellanies
