3 Leicestershire Police Officers & PCSO question old man on mobility scooter parents see him talking to man with foot fetish filming kids in park

Three Leicestershire Police officers and PCSO question old man on mobility scooter.

Parents spotted a younger man in a brown hoody filming young people on swings.

The parents were unhappy with the young man filming so they chased after him towards and along
Kilburn Road. They ran into the path of a police patrol car.

The officers stopped the hoody was questioned by police, although it is alleged the younger man told
police he was filming because he had a foot fetish, the police viewed his film and released him saying he had not committed any offence.

The parents told the police they had seen the old man on the scooter talking to the younger man.

After some questioning the police let the man go. He went home very upset.

I spoke to the Deputy Mayor Adam Lowe who expressed his concern for the gentleman, by saying I do hope he has not gone home to hang himself. Cllr Lowe has a wicked sense of humour.
