4. COUNCILLOR’S QUESTIONS
To answer questions previously notified to the Clerk under Standing Order 8
(Members note that 72 hours notice is now required)

5. ITEMS OUTSTANDING FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
To consider items outstanding from previous meetings

6. CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER’S REPORTS
To receive a report from the Chairman on functions attended and to receive reports
from Members who have attended meetings on behalf of Oakham Town Council
(Members intending to report should inform the Clerk prior to the meeting)

Members are asked to inform the Clerk of any changes in their Register of Member’s

9. DEPUTATIONS BY THE PUBLIC
Members of the Public are invited to address the meeting in accordance with
procedures laid down in Standing Orders 1(d) – 1(i)
10. CODE OF CONDUCT (Appendix B)
To resolve to adopt a new Code of Conduct under the provisions of the Localism Act
2011

11. AUDIT PLAN (Appendix C)
To approve the Council’s Audit Plan for 2012 - 2013

12. CAROL CONCERT 2012 – Cllr Alf Dewis
To receive a verbal report from the Chairman

13. CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 2012 – 2015 (Appendix D )
To consider quotations received and to award the contract for the provision of
Oakham’s Christmas displays for the period 2012 – 2015

14. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (Appendix E)
To consider a report and recommendations and to make appropriate decisions relating
to Oakham Town Council’s future Grounds Maintenance Contract

15. SCHEME OF DELEGATION (Appendix F)
To agree on a suitable scheme of delegation for the period August 9th 2012 –
September 5th 2012.

16. RUTLAND HOUSE COMMUNITY TRUST LTD. RENT (Appendix G)
To agree on annual rent for:
(i) The period 2012 – 2017 for the land on which the Willowbrook facility is
situated

(ii) The amenity land adjacent to the facility for 2012 – 2013

17. TOURISM AND PROMOTIONS WORKING GROUP (Appendix H)
To receive a report with recommendations from the Group and to make decisions as
appropriate

18. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS (Appendix I)
To decide whether to approve the Schedule of Payments for the period
30th June 2012 – 31st July 2012

19. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS (Appendix J)
To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 31st July 2012
