David Crosbie, Loughborough University campus, Loughborough Students Cycling Club, Leicestershire Police, missing Person

Police are concerned for the welfare of a 20-year-old man who has been reported missing.
David Crosbie of Ashby Road, Loughborough was last seen at 11am yesterday morning (Monday October 15) leaving Loughborough University campus to go on a bike ride.
He has not been seen since then and was reported missing by a friend at 9pm yesterday evening.
David is a member of Loughborough Students Cycling Club and was wearing the club jersey when he was last seen and riding a yellow Canondale road cycle.
He is white, of slim build, 5’11” tall, with brown hair.  He wears glasses and is believed to have been wearing black cycling shorts and the purple, white and black club jersey.
Sergeant Colin Gardner of Loughborough local policing unit said:  “We have been carrying out searches in the area since David was reported missing and those will continue today.
“From enquiries we’ve conducted we believe David was in the Twycross area around 2pm yesterday afternoon, if you believe you may have seen him we would urge you to come forward.
“We would also urge anyone who saw a cyclist fitting David’s description since 11am yesterday morning to contact the police immediately. 
“We would also urge people travelling in the area around the campus to look out for him or his bike.”
