A man aged 24 has been charged with drink driving after he crashed a BMW car into Oakham.Wines
at about 3am Sunday.
The shop window has been boarded up and made safe. the owner, friends and tradesman have been
working hard to clean up.
The shop will be open again from tomorrow.
The drunk has been charged with driving when above the legal alcohol limit, driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
He has been bailed and is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates Court on January 23.
