No clear View at Oakham Town Council, Private Computer Use at Work
Oakham Town Council received a complaint about staff using publicly owned computers, for private use.
The misuse of the councils computers and paid employment time is clearly visibly from the High Street.
You would have expected the Town Council to react like any other employer and remind staff they
should not use the computers for personal use.
But not Oakham Town Council after I highlighted the issue to them they have decided to buy some
sticky back plastic to block the window.
Now there is a serious case of lack of transparency!
