Oakham knit and Natter, Marathon, Community Heart Beat, Karen Ball Fund
Prize for guessing how many squares the ladies knitted.
Oakham Knit and Natter Club were at Victoria Hall and
Oakham Town Council Chamber.
Knitting as many squares as they could in 12 hours to support
a very good cause.
Defibrillators.
For a donation of £1 people could guess how many squares
the nice ladies would knit
The money raised will go towards purchasing units for Oakham
The Karen Ball Fund is also helping with costs

Along with the Community Heart Beat Trust

I took two guesses 250 and 300
one man said I had no chance "there women, have you
heard them natter? its more natter than knitting"
