Oakham town council to advertise on rutland county council tourist bus

Oakham town council has agreed to spend a 180 pounds advertising
on rutland county council new tourist bus.
Councillor john nowell well provide the artwork for the advertisement. The advertisement will include the town council crest and the words oakham welcomes visitors.
