This evening Oakham Town Council approved a planning application to convert The Horse Shoe Pub into a food store. They are asking for delivery time restrictions.
A few months ago the pub chain placed simillar application before the town council they turned the application down because they thought the plans looked like the pub chain was going to change the pub into a shop.
The pub chain Everards then withdrew the application
I am not sure why the town council have changed their
mind.
