Rutland County Council neglecting our countryside
Out and about in our countryside I noticed how Rutland County Council
is neglecting it.
I spotted picnic benches that are inaccessible.
And many benches just as welcome as this one.
I think it represents what it it might be like to sit on a Tory Cabinet seat
at Rutland County Council. A bit prickly...
