Morcott Secret Open Gardens, St Mary's Church Church Lane Morcott

Morcott Secret Open Gardens

Saturday July 13th to Sunday July 14th

2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

For the first time in 10 years, Morcott is holding an Open Gardens weekend as
a fundraiser for St Mary’s church. None of the gardens can be seen from the street,
hence the weekend’s title: Morcott’s Secret Open Gardens.

The starting point is the Church, set on the High Street in the centre of the village,
where Registration is £5 per adult, while accompanied children are free.

Armed with an illustrated map and MOG sticker, this compact and pretty village
can be easily explored on foot. For parking, please use the High Street or,
if you plan to enjoy lunch or a drink at the pub, at the White Horse.

Teas are available to buy on both days (in one of the gardens on Saturday;
in the Village Hall on Sunday). St Mary’s Church is decorated with flowers
for the occasion and there will be a Plant Stall, a garden and country-lovers’
Bookstall and other attractions, so you can make an afternoon of it!

Five gardens are open on Saturday; six open on Sunday.
