Cllr Joyce Lucas today in the Rutland Times former Oakham Mayor Jan Fillingham as "Always A Back Room Girl"
Jan Fillingham was a member of the British Empire.
Cllr Joyce Lucas isn't.
I also read Cllr Lucas's garbage column in the same paper. she describes with apparent great excitement all about her visits to our library and her enjoyment at watching children. OMG! can you imagine what she would say about me if I were to write in the same way.
Many of us know this summer, the theme nationally for children's reading is scary and horror. Poor Children!
