Rutland County Councils SPOC send me an email Re: Oakham Town Election.

Rutland County Councils SPOC send me an email Re: Oakham Town Election.
I wonder Why? the Council feels the need to discuss arrangements with DS McDonald,
The Council or he can not change the District Judges ruling.
The situation is ridiculous, the prosecution witness should stay away. It a farce
that my presence only effects certain people when it suits them and not when
they can't do anything about it.

Oakham Town Council Election 15th August 2013
I understand that the Court has directed a temporary change to your bail conditions that will allow:-
You to attend the Polling Station at Catmose at 9.45pm to vote on 15th August 2013
To remain for the duration of the count until the declaration of the result and for 15 minutes after the declaration
In order to facilitate this:
Communication with yourself throughout the Count will be with the Deputy Returning Officer Ms Theresa Stokes.
If necessary she will relay any information to the ###### ##### and will relay the view of the ######### back to yourself. This will include the review of doubtful votes, any queries, comments or objections in relation to the conduct of the count, request for a recount and arrangements should the result be tied.
It is not envisaged that there will be any requirement for you to communicate directly with ####### the ##### #### at the count
The Council and ####### understand that based on the above you will at no time be in breach of your bail conditions nor will any actions constitute harassment of any kind. The Council has consulted with DS McDonald who is satisfied with the appropriateness of the arrangements.
