Oakham Town Council decided not to spend money on improving
the Willow Crescent play area
They have decided to consult the residents and the wider community.
I am sure the Clerk has something up his sleeve for a alternative use
as this is continually raised even though the councils lease does not permit
any other use.
A working group has been set up consisitng of Cllrs Mrs Jayne Woodcock,
Rob Guthrie and Peter Lockett and the Clerk to look at all aspects of the
proposed redevelopment of the play area.
I would have though the other ward Cllr Adam Lowe should show some
interest.
