Some odd moments from my trial

On the first day of my trail, I arrived at court, a member of the public pulled up and pushed out an old lady with walking frame and asked me to look after her while they parked. I took this lady through security not knowing who she was and relaying that to security who must have thought I was nuts.

Moving onto nuts Sgt Wharton who's case from thrown out because it's not unlawful yet to complain about the police or re-tweet or publish their odd tweets. The Sgt clearly upset a standard complaint is recorded against him told us all I had never been a problem to him despite his statement saying he was scared of me.
He told the court he believe I was nuts. Since his appearance in court professional standards have agreed to investigate a new complaint against the Sgt.

Cllr Lucas sat eating sweets in the court laughing and on the last day she stuck her tongue out at a member of the public in the court room.

Despite the food and drink rule Cllr Lucas who often believes her status excludes her from rules distributed
home made shortcake to all her chums.

In the witness box Cllr Charles Haworth chose to sit as he had developed "wobbly legs" he often
laughed whilst telling lies and would use the phrase "whatever" often. at one point he fancied a lozenge,
so he interrupted the proceedings and asked the District Judge "can I have a lozenge?!" The Judge who he addressed throughout as the eminent magistrate, enquired "do you have a medical condition Mr Haworth" Cllr Haworth responded "No I just fancy one" the Judge suggested that everyone should not eat or drink in his court room.

Cllr Haworth was asked if Cllr Lucas was involved in any of the internet activity attacking me, he responded by saying "of course not if she knew she would slap his hands"

then came along Inspector Kam Mistry, We learned that he was on duty enjoying a junket at court instead
of manning the phones in the police call centre. When he was meant to be in court giving evidence his poor performance was halted by the judge, he was asked about his special relationship with the Chief Executive
of Rutland County Council Helen Briggs. He told the court on the day Mrs Briggs sent Aman Mehra home
she had telephoned him for advice before he was later tragically found dead at this home.

In his statement he says I have destroyed the community here in Oakham.

Another member of the public was put before the judge and banned from communicating with me after causing me a great deal of distress. They had come along to support me.

At least 3 times the judge had to remind the public how to behave in court.

At various times when I was giving evidence which was personally upsetting to me Cllr Haworth and others
near him were laughing or smiling, I have never ever met such evil vile people like Cllr Haworth and his friends.

Cllr Haworth suggested to the Judge I had been a male prostitute who slept with Tory MP's and Gay Vicars!
This apparently I have made public knowledge to everyone in Oakham and I apparently purchased my home from the proceeds.

This suggest to me Cllr Haworth was responsible for the call to the benefit fraud line which resulted
in a visit from a compliance officer who was investigating allegations that I was working as a male prostitute here in Oakham.

The investigator gave me all his contact details to pass to police to help them find the person who has often made malicious complaints. I gave Leicestershire Police the details they did nothing.

I also learnt amongst the local group of councillors and their friends I am known as the Runt
