Oakham Police Station
A pissed Uppingham man visiting the Probation Service at Oakham Police Station steals Police Loo Roll!
I was approached by the man, he told me I was nuts and should read books and showed me a large toilet
roll he claimed to have stolen from the police station. He said police don't deserve loo roll.
As he walked of he blessed a passing member of the public, I wonder if he is a retired banker or Methodist minister?
Never a dull moment here in Oakham.
