JSA Job Seekers Sanction, Melton Mowbray, Job Centre Plus

Some of the Tesco Online Shopping received today

JSA Job Seekers Sanction, Melton Mowbray, Job Centre Plus

If you follow my posts you would have read I have been sanctioned by
a employee of Jobcentre Plus Melton Mowbray.

Due to doubt, that I am looking for work.

It appears that Job Centre rules allow staff to decide you are guilty
and its then the claimants responsibility to prove innocence.

I am currently appealing the sanction the advisor imposed.

People have been very kind.

A friend has loaned me money, so EE T-Mobile are paid.

An extremely kind resident of Melton Mowbray contacted me and I am
astonished by their generosity, this morning Tesco delivered shopping
to my home some of that is shown in the photo above. I don't think I have
ever had so much food in my kitchen. Many Many thanks...

Rutland County Council have given me a voucher to pay Eon for gas
and electric and a £20 Tesco Gift Card.

Yesterday I spent a long time with the kind staff at The Citizen Advice Bureau
here in Oakham, the office is a very busy place.

They spoke to the DWP and my sanction will be lifted and I will be paid again
on the 6th December. I have lodged a appeal against the sanction imposed upon
me this month.

It would also be helpful if the Job Centre ignored the letters sent in as requested by Cllr Haworth and his friends.

Cllr Haworth is the very strange Homophobic Oakham Town Councillor who publishes, I am a sponger and Dole Bludger when he has been receiving benefits for about 9 years, runs smart cars and lives with his mother subsidising his lifestyle from her benefits. Using his favourite word I 'deduce' the homophobic councillor must be suffering from mental illness or something far worse?
