Apology From Rutland County Council Means Nothing as they repeat Data Protection Breach

Apology From Rutland County Council Means Nothing as they repeat Data Protection Breach

When a person makes a subject access request from their council, the council
must remove names from all documents.

Rutland County County Council persistently ignores that requirement.

A member of the public recently made a request for information the council
holds regarding them, today I was shown many e-mails containing my name.

All this despite the Deputy CEO repeating the councils acknowledgement
of this error in an e-mail she sent to some one on the 4th October this year.

Today I also learnt from a e-mail sent from the Conservative Leader Roger
Begy to a member of the public, He is not a Mason but was willing to
disclose the two members of the council who were at that time.

UKIP Cllr Nick Wainwright

Former Conservative Councillor Barrie Roper who was the last Leicestershire
Police Authority Chairman.
