Cllr Charles Haworth's emails to Councillors, staff and friends reveal he has many fake
emails account which he has used to share video clips he has filmed of me.
In one email shown below he directs them to a film he posted breaking the councils
standing orders banning the recording of meetings.
He uses a small silver micro camera.
