I pointed out in precious post how Cllr Charles enjoy sharing his disgusting comments he made
on my blog and other internet sites.
He would often do this by placing screen shots of his freshly posted comments into word
documents and send them onto fellow councillors and staff both here in Rutland and Melton Mowbray
Some of those files have some interesting titles like this one.
