Oakham Town Councillor Charles Haworth often made mistakes when distributing disgusting screen shots of comments he posted using Rutland County Councils Computers
I am not republishing his screen shot so he can gain pleasure from seeing the republication of his disgusting handy work.
The fool did not refresh his screen and screen shots of comments include the google statement 'your comment has been posted'
