Final draft of Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan is approved
by town council
To see the final draft of the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan,
The third and final draft of the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan
was approved by Uppingham town councillors at a special meeting
on Christmas Eve.
Last year I asked Cllr Alf Dewis a former Oakham
Mayor and Rutland County Councillor brown noser,
why does Oakham Town Council not have a plan?
I asked when the better and smaller council in Uppingham
was preparing their Neighbourhood Plan?
He replied "they will regret it"
