Green Flag Oakham Town Council 2014
A total waste of public money, Oakham town council over the years has spent thousands of pounds of
public on this pointless project for its small green space.
Just like loo of the year it gives the council another chance to pay for a pat on the back.
I notice from a recent report the tidy Britain Group now claim to have carried out a spot check
outside the judging day. I wonder if they spotted the mountains of litter that are a common site
accept on the day the judges arrive and the other day of cause being the visit of Oakham in Bloom
judges.
I suppose this project helps justify the Clerks assistant. I like her because she is one of the
majority who thinks there is something wrong with Cllr Haworth.
