141 no hiding from Leicestershire Police

If you dial 141 before making a call, it does not hide you from the police.

I have been at this point a few times before, not knowing who is responsible
for very disgusting and disturbing communications and Leicestershire Police
knowing.

This happened when Oakham Town Councillor Charles Haworth
was arrested and admitted unlawful conduct which was described by the
District Judge as Homophobic Crude and Crass.

They refused to confirm they had arrested the pervert Councillor and then had
the cheek to not charge him even though they had a recorded interview and signed
admission.

As followers will know they went on to charge me after he lied to them.
It was at this point they told me of his arrest. They had to because he
had mentioned th arrest in his statement.

They stink. << that should get a response
from the Assistant Chief Constable and possiblly give him an insight
into why many people are suggesting his force might be corrupt.
When it comes to the relationship enjoyed by some Councillors and
Chief Executive Helen Briggs.

There was also the time when the internet was used at a home not far from
Cllr Alf Dewis to conduct a perverted internet campaign, The owners
known to many at the council, the owners claimed they had provided
open access to the net, I did n't think this was possible with a BT Home Hub?
Hub nummber and code?

At this moment in time Leicester Police tell me once again, they can not
tell me who made these calls or the location. (Data Protection)

I wonder if they will even tell me if the person is charged and appears
in court or will their neighbour as was the case with Cllr Charles Haworth.
