Today Squadrons from the Air Training Corps of Melton Mowbray, Syston and Rutland
marched through Oakham, to mark the anniversary of the formation of the ATC in February
1941.

Laurence Howard, OBE, JP, is the Lord Lieutenant of Rutland and took the salute in
Oakham High Street as the cadets paraded past after a short church service. The
parade was led by The Tally Ho Band from Melton Mowbray Leicestershire

Oakham's Boss Cllr Alf Dewis Former Mayor and unelected chairman
of another non democratic club The Oakham Town Partnership.
He once dressed in a ATC uniform not sure what happened there
I wonder if they kicked him out? This may have also happened at the
CAB were he was once a volunteer and he became the first Mayor
not to take his place on their committee.

High Sheriff of Rutland Mrs Trish Ruddle in her last few months
never got around to asking her why Councillor Haworth's Homophobic
Blog Stat Counter was registered using her husbands email address?

When High Sheriff Trish Ruddle’s term ends on April 10,
she will be followed by Air Commodore Miles Williamson-Noble,
from Pickworth, whose air force career has included postings to
RAF Wittering, Cranwell and Wyton.

Laurence Howard, OBE, JP, Lord Lieutenant of Rutland represents
