Black Valentines at Rocks By Rail

Our Black Valentines event commemorates the 40th anniversary of closure
of the Harlaxton quarry on 14th February 1974 - The Black Valentines,
and the end of ironstone quarrying north of the Welland.
We have Steam train rides, quarry train and quarry machines in operation.
You can inspect our fleet of Sentinel diesel locomotives inside, outside,
and underneath using our new inspection pit.
