Leicestershire Police expects to lose up to 300 officers and civilian staff in the next three years as it continues to cut its spending.

As the Tory Crime Commissioner continues to flog of public assets, he continues to increase his council
tax demand.

I think it won't belong before Leicestershire police become known as the Keystone Cop's
Their battered cars that rush around Rutland, the little Blue Skoda that looks like it was
probably chucked in as a free novelty gift by Skoda. I am sure it won't be long before officers
will be running around in their own personal battered cars rather like the volunteer ambulance
First Responders they picks up the slack from East Midland Ambulance Service.

Sir Clive Loader appears to have noticed what many of us has noticed, Leicestershire Police
is rather top heavy, too many senior officers sitting doing little or nothing at headquarters.
They should have seen that coming before they gave office space in the same building.

I assume he needs the council tax increase to pay of these many pointless Inspectors, Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs.
